Lyvor›Pilot

Pilot

Start small. Stay in control. Month-to-month.

The pilot is deliberately narrow: one inbox, one workflow, clear limits — in real operation rather than in a workshop. Your own emails show whether the drafts hold up. Only then is it time to talk about more.

How it works

From the first conversation to a verdict you can rely on.

01

Process review

A short review of the bottleneck, feasibility, limits, and economics — with an honest yes or no. If it doesn't fit, it ends here.

02

Setup

Personally supported, in your existing Microsoft 365. Your IT team can verify every step before anything goes live.

03

Closely guided start

The first two weeks are closely guided: corrections from your team flow into the system — usually the same day.

04

Sign-off in live use

The yardstick is your real cases: an orderly inbox each morning, usable drafts, clear limits. You decide whether it continues.

Requirements & pricing logic

What you bring. What it costs.

Requirements

A shared inbox in Microsoft 365 · a point of contact who is allowed to approve · willingness to give corrections for two weeks. Nothing more — no system change, no migration.

Pricing logic

A fixed monthly price plus a one-time setup fee — we give you the fixed figure in our first conversation, once scope and inbox are clear. Month-to-month, with no hidden fees. The price we quote is the price you pay.

Why there is no price on the website: the price depends on inbox volume and onboarding effort. A flat rate that applies to everyone would be wrong for most.

Exit

The exit is part of the offer.

01

Cancel at any time

The pilot doesn't lock you in: month-to-month, no reason required.

02

Documented handover

At the end of the contract: full return of data and a documented handover within 14 days — contractually agreed on request.

03

Nothing stays behind

Your inbox is your own tenant; your emails arrive unchanged. There is nothing Lyvor could withhold.

Is your inbox a good fit for a pilot?

A short review settles that — honest in both directions. Capacity for new customers is genuinely limited, because every rollout is personally supported.
