Lyvor›Work samples›Inbox
Work sample · synthetic sample data · real workflow
Judge the work before you get in touch.
The work sample is an explorable Monday morning: 23 emails as they really look in a shared inbox — maintenance request, billing question, meeting proxy, newsletter. Names, companies, and properties are invented; the workflow, the classification, and the drafts illustrate how the system actually works. No login, no data from you.
Opens an interactive walkthrough with sample data. It is clearly labeled as such and kept separate from real customer access.
What you will see
Four views worth your time.
The classification
Urgent items are flagged; promotional emails are quietly filtered out; every email is tagged with its topic and property.
The drafts
Next to every email that needs a reply sits the finished draft — including what it deliberately does not promise (no costs, no “immediately”).
The gate
Nothing is sent. The tally at the end shows: 0 sent automatically — the last click belongs to a human.
The limits
Unclear cases stay put; emergencies go to a person. The sample also shows what Lyvor does not do.
Maturity level
Two samples, two honest labels.
Inbox & cases
In live use with a customer since July 2026
The product this work sample illustrates is in live operation at a property management
company. The sample shows the workflow with example data.
Invoice clarification cases
Test core · not in live use with a customer
A test core checked on synthetic data only: detection, duplicates,
payment reminders, masking — what exists today and what is planned are clearly
separated in the sample.
What the sample cannot show: how well it performs on your specific inbox. It demonstrates the logic and behavior — the rest we check together on your case.
And then: your own case.
If the sample has convinced you, we check whether your inbox is a good fit for a controlled start — with an honest yes or no.
