Overview

Outside the sign-in area, this website sets no cookies and uses no tracking services. All content is delivered without embedding third-party services. In the customer sign-in area (Cockpit), a strictly necessary session cookie is set after login (§ 25(2) of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act, TDDDG); it serves solely for authentication. In the Studio area, a purely functional setting (sound on/off) can be stored locally in your browser at your request; it does not leave your device.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc.; when you visit it, the host processes technically necessary connection data (including the IP address) to provide and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contacting me

When you contact me by email or phone, I process your information solely to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Appointment booking (Cal.com)

For appointment booking, I link to the Cal.com service. The booking page is operated by Cal.com, Inc. (USA). The service is not embedded in this website — no data flows there unless you click the booking link. If you open the booking page and book an appointment there, Cal.com processes your information (e.g., name, email address, selected appointment and technical connection data) as an independent controller; your data may be processed in the USA. I use the appointment data that then reaches me solely to conduct the appointment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Sample image and image transfer (Lyvor Studio)

If you request a sample image or images and send me a product photo for that purpose, I transmit this photo to Higgsfield Inc., San Francisco, USA, for image generation. No adequacy decision applies to this provider; it does not hold a certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The transfer is therefore based on your explicit consent under Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by sending the photo after having been informed that no data protection level equivalent to that of the EU is ensured in the USA and that Higgsfield reserves the right to use uploaded content to train its own models. Your email address is not transmitted there. I delete my own copies no later than 30 days after delivery; in the case of an order, after the statutory tax retention periods have expired.
