Lyvor›Platform
Platform
One system core for recurring work.
Lyvor is not a collection of individual tools but an operational core: inbound items are understood, work is prepared, and decisions stay with people and stay on record. Industry and connector are interchangeable — the contract behind them is not.
- Inbound itemA message, document, or system event.
- UnderstandCapture, classify, prioritize, assign.
- PrepareDrafts and next steps are ready.
- Human approval gateApprove, correct, or reject.
- ResultCompleted and logged in the history.
Capabilities
Small units of work, clearly named.
Each capability is a bounded unit of work with its own limit — not a vague “AI that can do everything.”
Capture & organize
Recognize inbound items, classify them by topic, prioritize what is urgent, and assign them to the right case and property.
Prepare
Create reply drafts, forwards, and handover-ready files — in the tone of the business, using the data from the case.
Follow up
Track deadlines and follow-up reminders, keep status visible, draft requests for anything missing — nothing falls through the cracks.
Execute — only at the gate
Sending, approval, or closing happens only at documented human approval points. Never on its own.
Connectors
Where Lyvor works — a status matrix instead of a logo wall.
A connector counts as available only once its own technical check has passed end to end. The maturity level always belongs to the specific combination of connector, capability, domain rules, and operating evidence — publicly, the weakest link is what counts.
| Connector | Status today | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Microsoft 365 / Outlook | documented | Read, assign, and create drafts in the existing inbox — in live use with a customer since July 2026. Details and limits |
| Google Workspace / Gmail | Expansion path | Planned, but not built today and not available to order. It is listed as available only after its own end-to-end check. |
| ERP / document management / ticketing systems / API | Expansion path | Public only after its own integration and check — until then, no logo and no promise appears here. |
Interfaces
Three surfaces, three jobs — cleanly separated.
Your existing system
The work appears where your team already works — documented today: drafts directly in the Microsoft 365 inbox.
Client portal
Control, history, and approvals for clients — an authenticated control surface, not a second marketing product. Access is labeled “Sign in” and sits in the footer, separate from the sales path.
Public work sample
A synthetic, clearly labeled sample you can judge for yourself — never a real client login. Open the work sample
Limits
What the platform deliberately does not do.
No automatic sending.
The documented working mode is draft-for-approval. There is no automatic send path — people do the sending.
No payments, no commitments.
Lyvor does not trigger payments, does not make cost commitments, and does not make decisions on behalf of the business.
Anything unclear stays visible.
If an inbound item is not clearly recognized, it stays in the inbox — when in doubt, a person decides.
No maturity level without evidence.
New capabilities, connectors, or industries are listed as available only once they have their own technical and domain evidence.
